These terms and conditions govern your purchase of a Diffuser & Cosine Corrector.
When you (“Customer”) place an order and complete your purchase of the Diffuser & Cosine Corrector (“Product”), you are entering into a contract with us, Lightray Innovation GmbH (“we” or “us”), based on these Terms and Conditions. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (i.e. at least 18 years old) to purchase the Product.
Your order is binding as soon as you have placed it. The order can only be canceled as long as it has not yet been shipped. After that, a cancellation will be treated as a product return and the Returns Policy will apply.
If you wish to return a product, contact us within 14 days of having received the product with your order number and the reason for return. You are responsible for the return shipment. When refunding the costs, we reserve the right to deduct 35% of the purchase amount for one (1) product to cover the costs of shipping and handling already paid by us.
In the case of defective products, we will of course bear all costs (see Incomplete Package or Damaged Goods).
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and that packages can be delivered. If your package cannot be delivered, please contact us by email with your order number. If the package cannot be delivered due to the address information you have provided, you are responsible for the costs of a reshipment.
If the address you have provided is invalid or incomplete or your package has been returned due to delivery problems, we will contact you by email to resolve the issue. If we do not receive a response within 30 days, we will handle your order in accordance with our cancellation policy if the order has not yet been shipped. Otherwise, we will handle the order as a return in accordance with the Returns Policy.
Contact us at any time via email if you have received an incomplete or damaged order. We will try to solve the problem as quickly as possible. Any costs for redelivery will be covered by us.
The product is a camera accessory intended for responsible adult use only. It contains small parts that may pose a choking hazard and is not suitable for children (especially under the age of 3).
By purchasing the product, you agree that it is unsuitable for children and agree to use it in a safe and responsible manner.
Use the product only as intended. Improper use, modification or tampering may void warranties and create safety hazards. You are responsible for following all warnings and instructions provided with the product. Proper use and handling are essential for your safety. Learn more about proper use here.
We guarantee the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage. Nor does it cover damage caused by accident, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages in connection with your purchase or use of the product. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid by you.
All trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary information remain our property. Unauthorized use is prohibited beyond normal use for reviews or similar purposes.
All personal information collected during the purchase process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our payment service provider is Stripe. By accepting these terms you also accept Stripe's terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Switzerland following the rules of the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration. The place of arbitration shall be Zurich. The number of arbitrators shall be one.
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions any time. Please read them before each purchase.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected and in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
