Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to orders of the Lightray Diffuser & Cosine Corrector accessory (“Product”) from our online shop. The seller is Lightray Innovation GmbH, Steinackerstrasse 38, 8542 Wiesendangen, Switzerland (“we”). How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

If you order the Product through Amazon or from one of our resellers, their terms apply.

You must be of legal age to place an order. Before ordering, please check whether your device is compatible.

By completing the payment, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded as soon as the payment has been successful. You will receive a confirmation by email.

The prices shown are final prices including shipping. For deliveries to EU countries, we cover all taxes and customs duties. For deliveries to other countries, additional charges may apply depending on local customs regulations, which you bear.

We ship worldwide with tracking. Stated delivery times are estimates.

Please check your delivery address carefully. If your package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you by email and you bear the costs of reshipping. If we receive no reply within 21 days, we will cancel the order or treat it as a return.

If your package arrives incomplete, damaged, or not at all, contact us with your order number. We will send a replacement free of charge.

You can cancel your order free of charge until it has been shipped.

After that, you can return the Product within 14 days of receipt. Let us know within this period by email with your order number and send the Product to the address we provide. You bear the costs of the return shipment.

Once the Product has arrived back with us, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method. We retain 35% of the price of one product to cover the shipping and handling costs we have already paid. If the Product is defective, the warranty applies instead.

If the Product is defective on receipt or a defect in material or workmanship appears within two years of delivery, we will replace it free of charge. If a replacement is not possible, we will refund the purchase price. To do so, contact us with your order number and a short description of the defect.

Normal wear and tear and damage caused by accident, improper use, or modification of the Product are not covered. Any mandatory statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Use the Product only as described in the instructions and follow the enclosed notes. It contains small parts that can be swallowed and must be kept away from children.

We are liable without limitation for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, for personal injury, and wherever liability is mandatory by law, e.g. under product liability law.

Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage such as lost profits, and our liability is limited to the purchase price. This also applies to our employees and agents.

We may change these Terms. Your order is governed by the version published at the time you placed it.

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Lightray Innovation GmbH. For consumers, the mandatory consumer protection laws and places of jurisdiction of their country of residence remain reserved.
