The following terms and conditions apply when purchasing a Diffuser & Cosine Corrector from us.

Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of a Diffuser & Cosine Corrector ("Product") from Lightray Innovation GmbH ("Seller", "we", "us", or "our").
By placing an order and completing the purchase, you ("Customer", or "you") enter into a binding agreement with the Seller, subject to these terms and conditions.

Product Description and Intended Use

The Product is described as an accessory attachment for mobile device cameras. It is not intended for children due to the presence of small parts that could pose a choking hazard. By purchasing the Product, you acknowledge that it is not suitable for children and agree to use it responsibly.

Prohibited Use

Customers are prohibited from using the Product in any manner inconsistent with its intended purpose as described. Failure to use the Product responsibly may lead to risks and voiding of warranties.

Product Modification and Tampering

Any modification, alteration, or tampering with the Product may result in loss of functionality and safety risks. Such actions may also void any warranties or liability on the part of the Seller.

Limited Warranty

The Seller warrants that the Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 2 years from date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or unauthorized modification of Products.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Seller be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to purchase or use of Products. The Seller's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the Products.

Age Restriction

Customers purchasing the Product must be of legal age (e.g. 18 years or older) in their respective jurisdictions.
The Product is not intended for children. The Product contains small parts that could pose a choking hazard, especially for young children under age 3.

Warning Labels and User Responsibility

Customers are responsible for adhering to all warning labels and instructions provided with the Product. Proper use and handling are essential for safety.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary information related to the Product remain the property of the Seller. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Privacy and Data Protection

Any personal information collected during the purchasing process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Product Returns

We value your satisfaction and want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email within 10 days of receiving your product. Please provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item shipped, defective product). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective Product, please contact us immediately via email. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, including providing a replacement if necessary.

Third-Party Service Providers

We engage third-party service providers to assist with payment processing, shipping, and other related functions. Our payment service provider is Stripe. By accepting these terms, we imply that you accept Stripe's Consumer Terms of Service as well.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Products will be subject to binding arbitration in Switzerland.

Arbitration

Any dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Switzerland under the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be Zurich. The number of arbitrators shall be one.

Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Modification

The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Customers should review Terms prior to purchasing Products.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
